How do we connect the next generation of ministry leaders

to what God wants to call them to?

 This is the question we have run into so many times. We find that God puts us and you in situations where students, young leaders, and beyond them even feel called into vocational ministry and they need a tool to help them confirm and sort out what that call looks like in their life. This devotional is sort of the start to answer that question for us. This would be great to have as a resource for students who are interested in leadership all the way up to just handing a printed copy of it to a student who says they feel called into ministry. It involves calling them into a place of leadership, understanding their character, and finding a mentor. All of our pillars for a reason!
