Genesis
Project

Libby Parker Martin interned with Intern Academy at East Side Church in Anderson, Indiana, in 2011. She dreamed of empowering women to do what God created them to do and hoped to place many interns in the nonprofit world. In July 2020, just days after welcoming her daughter Ava Rose, Libby passed away unexpectedly.

The Genesis Project carries her dream forward by helping launch new internships in churches, ministries, and nonprofits every year.

Who it's for

The Genesis Project Scholarship helps Intern Academy coaches and partner ministries cover the cost of hiring an intern. If you're ready to host an intern but funding is holding you back, we want to help.
