For years, we have heard about the deep need for leaders in the church. We have seen churches go for years without leaders in key roles because there are none to hire. We have developed resources and are constantly developing and training ourselves to better the training that we pass along. Our internships are in churches, ministries, and non-profits all over the country and we can’t wait to see how leaders grow in and through these internships!

Find the Called

We’re partnering with people across all stages of life to open the pipeline for future leaders. From helping high school students discover their calling, to sending college students nationwide for hands-on internships, to equipping graduates for ministry and other fields—we’re committed to developing leaders… period.

Train the Called

Across the country, ministry and nonprofit leaders who share our passion for developing the next generation have joined us as coaches. These coaches are essential—through their one-on-one mentoring, interns receive the training and foundation they need to grow and lead well.

Send them out

The results speak for themselves—everything changes when you hire a called, trained, and commissioned graduate from a program focused on developing leaders, not just filling roles. Our grads have gone on to become pastors, counselors, missionaries, and nonprofit leaders, making a lasting impact wherever they serve.

We believe there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

We believe the Bible to be the inspired and authoritative Word of God.
