Terry Rolen is a pastor and leader committed to seeing more people become more like Jesus and equipping leaders to serve with clarity and conviction. A Louisiana native, Terry came to faith in Christ as a college freshman, an encounter that transformed his life and shaped his calling to ministry. Rooted in Romans 1:16, he serves with deep confidence in the power of the gospel.

Terry has served as lead pastor in Virginia Beach, VA; Middletown, OH; and Safety Harbor, FL, where he has faithfully led since 2012. He holds degrees from Anderson University, Asbury Theological Seminary, and Anderson School of Theology.

Terry and his wife, Kristy, have been married for over thirty years and have three grown children. His heart for Intern Academy is to see emerging leaders formed spiritually, sharpened biblically, and equipped to serve Christ and His Church with humility and bold faith.
