Terry Rolen is a pastor, teacher, and leader with a deep commitment to seeing more people become more like Jesus while equipping leaders to serve with clarity and conviction. A native of Louisiana, Terry came to faith in Christ as a college freshman—an encounter that not only transformed his life but altered the trajectory of his family legacy. Rooted in the truth of Romans 1:16, he ministers with a deep confidence in the power of the gospel and a passion to help people live with authenticity, courage, and spiritual hunger.

Terry has served as lead pastor in churches in Virginia Beach, VA; Middletown, OH; and Safety Harbor, FL, where he has faithfully served since 2012. Across each assignment, his focus has remained the same: strong biblical preaching, intentional leadership development, and building healthy, disciple-making churches. He has been married to Kristy for over three decades and is the proud father of three grown children—Kasey, Kelly, and JT.

Terry holds a BA from Anderson University, an M.Div. from Asbury Theological Seminary, and a D.Min. from Anderson School of Theology. His heart is to see emerging leaders formed spiritually, sharpened biblically, and equipped practically to serve Christ and His Church with humility and bold faith.
